Enjoy Education provide private tuition services to individuals in and around London. They employ freelance tutors and offer them to specific clients based on their suitability for the role. Based in Chelsea, Enjoy Education pride themselves on the quality and efficient service that they offer to their clients.
Enjoy Education required a business management system that not only fulfilled all the usual requirements of contact management software but also included business process management, invoicing, account ledgers, etc. It would also need to be tailored to fit their pricing structure and allow for VAT to be calculated on profit, which is specific for private tuition. Enjoy Education keeps a database of tutors and any system needed to be able to match prospective clients against the relevant tutors based on set criteria. Tutors and clients needed access to the system to complete profile information, manage timesheets and check account balances.
Enjoy Education also needed a new website that would not only project their professional company image but would generate enquiries from new clients and automatically add these leads to the CRM system.

Enjoy Education's tutors can now log in, complete an online CV, view and edit timesheets, leave feedback on sessions and much more. Enjoy Education's ClickHQ Small Business business management system uses this information to help manage tutors and their time efficiently, traditionally this process would have been completed manually and taken considerably longer.
Click Innovation also built the website that Enjoy Education had designed and integrated it with ClickHQ Small Business. Any visitors that complete the contact forms on the site are automatically captured in the CRM system, ready for a consultant to call or email.
Click Innovation optimised the Enjoy Education website so that it ranks on the first page of Google in the non-paid search results for terms such as "private tuition London," "tutoring," "tutors" and "tuition" - as a result the Enjoy Education website has lots of visitors who are looking for private tuition services, a good proportion of which become Enjoy Education customers and are then managed efficiently by the ClickHQ Small Business CRM system and tutor module.
