Business Challenge:

Kata Rocks is an award winning development on the west coast of Phuket, Thailand. This multi-million pound development consists of 34 exclusive villas which are being marketed to an international audience. Kata Rocks wanted to utilise the internet to attract and efficiently market to prospective buyers from all over the world.

Kata Rock's challenge is further complicated by the fact Owner and Managing Director, Richard Pope spends a proportion of his time in Southampton UK and travelling the globe. He needed to stay up to date with the entire business, including sales activity wherever he was, day or night.

Kata Rocks needed a solution that would allow them to:

  • Portray an exclusive, quality image
  • Attract visitors from all over the world
  • Convert website visitors into prospects
  • Efficiently market to potentially buyers
  • Access and share their data over the internet in real time

Our Solution:

Kata Rocks needed a website that reflected the quality of their exclusive product. Our designers worked closely with Kata Rock’s marketing department to produce a website design that did just that. The website also incorporates professional video intended to engage website visitors for longer periods of time.

Search engine results vary from country to country to ensure that any results are relevant in that locality, Kata Rocks needed to be well ranked in economically developed countries across the globe.

The Kata Rocks website encourages visitors to enter their email address by offering them an ‘Info Pack’. This includes pricing information, property plans and more. The visitor information is then automatically added to Kata Rocks’ ClickHQ CRM software as a new prospective customer.

ClickHQ then allows Kata Rocks to track this prospect and every single interaction with them including meetings, communications, photos, documents and more. Kata Rocks uses ClickHQ to send a regular email marketing campaign to all the prospects that have completed the form on the website, currently over 10,000. ClickHQ let’s Kata Rocks know who’s read the emails and who’s clicked any links back to their website, helping Kata Rocks identify the most valuable prospects.
