The Click HQ software service was designed and built to create structure in Small and Medium sized businesses in order to make their growth easier and more efficient.
The idea was to create a software program that could be used right across the business by all users to avoid having different systems that don't integrate with each other.

Accounting packages are great for Accountants but not that easy to interrogate by the Directors and Managers of SME's who are making decisions on a daily basis and need to be better informed.
James Brown and James Beck had both started and grown successful businesses before setting up Click Innovation Ltd. to create the ClickHQ service.
James Beck founded and managed an IT Support and Web Design business for SME's which gave him a good insight into the sorts of problems associated with technology as companies grow.
James Brown was a founding Director and the Chairman of a company called Integrated Communications for Business (UK) Ltd. which he grew rapidly, to an annualised turnover of circa £16m, before successfully orchestrating its sale.
Integrated Communications for Business (UK) Ltd. was featured in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 and TechTrack 100 as one of the fastest-growing profitable companies in the UK in 2003.
