Click Innovation the company behind the ClickHQ business management software service has upgraded it’s Microsoft Outlook plugin that automates the posting of inbound and outbound emails from Microsoft Outlook including attachments to the appropraite customers communication records in the contact management module of the software. The emails get added automatically and stamped with the time that they were sent. The plugin which works with Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 is a great addition to our solution and as usual is built and supported in house.
