ClickHQ Small Business allows single or multiple Account Managers to be allocated to a contact so that everybody in the company knows who is looking after the relationship with that contact.

The open architecture of ClickHQ Small Business allows anyone answering the phone or dealing with a query from a contact to find the contacts profile screen easily via the “quick search” function. Once in the contacts profile screen the following up to date information about that account is accessible within one click:

  • History of Phone Calls, Emails, Written Communications
  • Scheduled Communications
  • Historic and Future Meetings
  • Files – Proposals, Quotes, Contracts, Images etc...
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Pipeline Opportunities and Closed Sales
  • Status of Orders in Delivery Process
  • Special Tariffs or Pricing
  • Invoices and Payments Received
