Whether added manually after a telephone conversation or automatically uploaded from a sent or received email (incl. attachments) a clear picture is provided so that queries can be dealt with efficiently.
Multiple users can be associated with communication to reflect conference calls or emails sent and received by multiple recipients.
ClickHQ Small Business is permission based and contacts or individual communications can be made private for sensitive information or conversations.
