Custom Contact Fields
ClickHQ allows unlimited multiple custom contact fields to be set up to record specific information that our customers want to gather about the contacts in their contact database.
Custom fields can be split into categories and displayed neatly with tabs separating different groups of custom information. Custom fields can be set up as:
- Free Text Fields
- Drop Downs - for single selection
- Check Boxes - for multiple selection
- Date Boxes
- Number Boxes
These custom fields, along with the standard fields are searchable via the advanced contact search function.
