Diary
ClickHQ provides an individual diary for each user of the system which, as the system is web based, is available from any web browser 24/7. Users can invite each other to events; invite contacts in the system to events and book multiple resources such as meeting rooms or equipment.
Until accepted invitations are shown as pending and then attendees once confirmed. Diaries can be viewed side by side so that meetings can be scheduled with a clear view of the possible attendee's availability. Meeting categories are colour coded to show and prioritise different activities.
The fact that a contact can be linked to a diary event provides a permanent record of all meetings planned and attended with a particular contact which is really useful when looking at customer review meetings.
