Outlook and IMAP Integration
ClickHQ Small Business stores emails in a searchable database in order of the date and time that they were sent and received, these emails can be added manually or we provide an Outlook Plugin or an IMAP connector to automate this process. By using one of these tools all emails sent and received including attachments are automatically uploaded to the system and stored against the correct contact.
Where the system does not recognise the email address of a sent or received email the email will be added to the lost communications list. Contacts can be added to the system in one click from the list of lost communications either as a new contact or can be attached to an existing contact.
