All users have access to the forum area which has been designed to allow employees to engage with each other and openly discuss subjects that might otherwise involve organising face to face meetings with groups of people who don't necessarily work in the same geographic location; or who may miss the meeting or not get copied in on relevant emails afterwards.

By using discussion threads in the ClickHQ forum there is more visibility and all users can contribute to organising events, problem solving, exploiting opportunities, dealing with issues etc. Discussions are visible and good ideas can be recognised and exploited with all employees having an input and feeling that they are a valuable part of the team.

Make announcements to all users at once which displays at the top of any screen that is clicked on until each individual user acknowledges that they have seen the announcement. Logs that a user has acknowledged that they have seen the announcement and adds their name to a list for each announcement.
