Throughout ClickHQ users can upload files and documents, the file library allows users to easily search through everything that has been uploaded.
Users can enter a search string, e.g. "AFM Technologies Proposal" and / or view files by the area they were uploaded into e.g. "Forum Posts" or "Supplier Invoices".
Files are downloadable with one click, to save onto the user's local system. ClickHQ keeps count of each download so that you can highlight popular files.
Any files attached to private forum posts are also kept private from users without permission in the file library.
