Calendar
- Company, Department and Individual calendars which can be viewed by all staff with permission.
- Create an unlimited number of Calendars for resources such as meeting rooms, vehicles or company equipment.
- View by year, month or day.
- Link Calendar events to discussion threads.
- Link Calendar events to Contacts.
- Create customisable event categories which can then be reported on.
- Reminders can be added to events.
Tasks
- Allows individual users to add tasks to their task list and set reminders for those tasks.
- Allows the linking of tasks to contacts.
- Tasks can be marked as complete or can show what percentage of the task that has been completed.
- Tasks can be delegated and monitored by users with permission to other users.
