• Create an unlimited number of Calendars for resources such as meeting rooms, vehicles or company equipment.
• View by year, month or day.
• Link Calendar events to discussion threads.
• Link Calendar events to Contacts.
• Create customisable event categories which can then be reported on.
• Reminders can be added to events.

Tasks

• Allows individual users to add tasks to their task list and set reminders for those tasks.
• Allows the linking of tasks to contacts.
• Tasks can be marked as complete or can show what percentage of the task that has been completed.
