The Portal Module allows you to set a username and password for any or all of your Contacts to login to a Portal View of your system. The Portal View only allows them to see information held about themselves in your system.
You then set permissions which either allow or deny them access to each section in their Contact profile.
You can set permissions for a Contact to see their: Contact Details, Notes, Support Tickets, Attached Files, Relationship Manager Details, Communications, Scheduled Communications, Diary Events, Tasks, Recurring Payment Details and Contract Expiry Dates, Account Ledgers, Order Pipeline, Orders, Current Products, Purchase Orders and Invoices.
