This tab shows an overview of where in the provisioning process each closed order is waiting and how long they have been waiting in the provisioning process since the order was created or since being converted to an order from a prospective order. Users can run a report to see how long it takes on average to get from any step to any other step and therefore identify areas where provisioning can be speeded up. The overview shows the total order value and quantity of product orders that are in the provisioning process, it has two views one where a user can see his/her own sales and one which shows all the orders being processed.
Really this gives a snapshot overview of everything that has been sold but hasn't yet been fully delivered to customers.
