Sales are prospected and orders are added via the Contacts profile screen; the Sales Tab provides visibility of the potential pipeline for each user and for the company as a whole as well as the same for actual orders closed. There are four views within the sales tab:
Lists all the orders that an individual has personally sold, this links to those actual orders in one click.
Shows either an individuals sales or the whole company's it provides an overview of every prospective order and where it is in the sales process.
This section allows a user to create and save favourite reports on the sales pipeline. They are very flexible and allow a user to create a report on any information that ClickHQ stores in its database for the company as a whole, a department, a single user, for a given period, for all products or for selected products, for orders above below or equal to a defined percentage close chance, at a particular stage in the sales cycle, above a certain value or profit value, by estimated close date or prospected date etc.
This section allows a user to create and save favourite reports on the actual sales that have been closed by the company. They are very flexible and allow a user to create a report on any information that ClickHQ stores in its database for the company as a whole, a department, a single user, for a given period, for all products or for selected products, for orders above below or equal to a defined value or profit value, for orders at a defined stage in the provisioning process, for all orders not yet billing or for all orders from a particular lead source etc.
