Users
All users have a profile page which provides a snapshot of their historic activity, their planned activity and general information about who they are and what they do.
This means that users are much more visible to others within the company and it is easier to see areas of responsibility enabling a better understanding of how the company is structured and how it all fits together.

User profiles:
Shows a users name and job title as well as email address, mobile number and when they were last active on the system.
This is where information about each user is viewable to those with permission to view the profile.
Tabs provide links to:
- About Me - an area where each individual can write about themselves and share what they have written with other users.
- Job Description - an area where the company can add a user's job description so that all the users know their areas of responsibility.
- Blog - each user can add blogs to their profile to let other users know what they have been doing or their views on relevant subjects.
- Expense Claims - the user can add and monitor their expense claims and see a ledger which shows when the claims have been paid by the company.
- Recent Forum Posts - shows the title of all the recent posts that the individual user has posted on the forum - links to the actual posts.
- Next Tasks - shows the next tasks that the user has on their task list.
- Completed Tasks - shows all the tasks actually completed by the user.
- Next Events - shows all the future events that the user has booked in their diary and any event invitations that they have accepted. Also has a link to the user's full diary.
- Scheduled Communications - shows all the communications that the user has scheduled.
- Communications - shows a list of all the contacts that the user has communicated with - can click through to each individual communication.
- My Managers - shows who are the user's line manager.
- People I Manage - shows all the other users that this user manages.
- Relationships I Manage - shows al the contacts that I manage the relationship with.
- HR Diary - links through to the users HR diary which shows and records sick days, holidays, maternity / paternity leave and allows a user to apply for the above also.
- Sales Pipeline - summarises a user's sales pipeline.
- Pipeline Overview - shows the stage in the sales process that each of the users potential orders is at.
- Sales I Sourced - shows all the actual sales that the user was responsible for sourcing.
- Sales I Sold - shows all the sales that the user has actually closed.
- Sales I Prospected - shows all the sales where the user made the first contact.
- Commission Ledger - shows all commissions due to the user and paid to the user with the balance outstanding.
