ClickHQ is hosted in a powerful VMWare powered virtual environment. Physically it’s hosted from a top end (Tier 4) London datacentre directly connected to the backbone of the internet giving superb performance and reliability from anywhere in the UK or the world.
Connected to the internet via a high speed fibre optic cable the servers consistently deliver data at an incredible speed, whatever your use. The servers are constantly managed to ensure power and bandwidth is available to each and every use when they need it.
The data is backed up daily and retained for a minimum of 7 days, ensuring we can recover data in the rare event of a fault or human error quickly and easily.
All the data sent and received by our servers is protected by 256bit SSL encryption.
The servers are managed by our specialist managed hosting provider Virtual Internet, tasked with constantly monitoring and maintaining our servers allowing us to focus on support and improving ClickHQ.
