CRM Software Implementation
It’s easy to start using ClickHQ Small Business. However, to ensure that you get the most out of the software, we recommend that you consider the following step-by-step approach. We provide a package of services to help you through this process.
Setting up the Project Team
We recommend that you select a team of at least two to manage the implementation process of ClickHQ Small Business. This team will be responsible for working with our implementation team and will need to have a good understanding of your business and its processes. We will engage with this team to make sure that we understand the way you run your business so that the system, once configured, will reflect the way you want your processes to work from day one.
Specification and Business Process Review
Business review day - We spend a whole day with your project team to make sure that we understand how your business works in enough depth to configure the system for you. We spend the day white-boarding your business processes and gathering all the other information that we need to set the system up.
Configuration and Data Import
Once we have gathered all the information that we need to set ClickHQ Small Business up we will configure the system which includes:
- Initial server set-up and configuration
- Importing contact database
- Configuration of contact structure and custom fields
- Branding the software
- Setting up PDF templates for invoices, quotes, delivery notes, etc
- Configuring users and security settings
- Setting up product / services database including custom fields
- Setting up sales processes and order delivery processes for each product / service
- Populating standard field drop downs and pipeline parameters
- Testing
Handover, Final Configuration and Administrator Training
Once we have completed the system set-up, configuration, data import and testing stage we spend a day with your project team walking them through the system. We make any last minute adjustments; train them on the general functionality of the system as well as the administrator control panel.
Training the Team
Different customers have different training requirements which we generally provide on-site at your offices. We can provide train-the-trainer training or we can train your end users direct. We normally insist on at least one day of training on the go live date so that we are onsite to answer any questions and to ensure a smooth transition in the live environment. Some customers choose to have our trainers on-site for longer periods; we can work with you either way and can also provide remote training where required.
Going Live and Support
We include full telephone and email support in the price of our license fee and we are always available during office hours to answer any questions or to help with any issues.
