CRM Software Integration
ClickHQ is designed to work with other business software, systems and websites with ease. It seamlessly integrates with popular software packages such as Microsoft Outlook and Sage along with exposing a comprehensive and well documented API so that the data within ClickHQ can be accessed by other online applications, legacy software and even hardware.
Outlook and IMAP
ClickHQ will automatically log email messages and attachments you send or receive against the relevant contact. For Microsoft Outlook users there's a plugin which synchronises your emails with ClickHQ in real time. Alternatively, you can connect ClickHQ to an IMAP mail box so that it can collect any messages you have sent or received.
Sage
ClickHQ is not an accounts package; it gives visibility of key financial information to the people that need it without the complexities of Sage. ClickHQ produces CSV files on-demand to import financial information into Sage for your accountant or bookkeeper; this includes customer / supplier information, invoices and payments.
API
This allows other applications to connect to ClickHQ and share data. In reality this means that ClickHQ can work with any other applications that your business relies on whether it's your ecommerce website, intranet, accounts system or anything else.
