ClickHQ stays up-to-date with your email activity by integrating with either Microsoft Outlook or directly with any IMAP email server.
This allows all email activity within the organisation to be automatically stored in ClickHQ against the relevant contact. It becomes part of the chronological log of communications stored in a contacts profile giving totally visibility to anyone else in the organisation with permission.
ClickHQ takes this one step further by monitoring your email activity and suggesting new contacts based on the emails you have sent and received from addresses it doesn't recognise. One identified as a contact ClickHQ will instantly build a history of emails sent to or received from the contact and anyone inside your organisation. This keeps ClickHQ up-to-date and therefore you and your entire company.
