Order Management

The ClickHQ order management system allows custom order delivery processes to be set up for each product and service that is included in the product database which get triggered when a product or service is added to an order.

The idea of order management is that the order delivery departments have a finite list of steps that have to be completed in order to deliver a product/ service to each customer.

The order management system creates a colour coded flow diagram for each order process so that when a step has been completed it can be signed off by the individual or team responsible for completing the step with a simple click. The order management system records who did what and when so that an audit trail is created for future reference.

Order processes can be set up in series or parallel, can be dependent on other steps being completed first, can be assigned to specific users (who are the only users able to sign those steps off) and timescales can be set for the step to be completed.

Steps can be marked as partially complete, given a percentage of completion and progress notes can be added so that the latest status can be seen by other users.

Order Management Steps:

  • Green - completed
  • Amber - in progress
  • Red - not started
  • Grey - marked as not required

Order management overview screens show users a clear list of steps that they have been allocated to complete which they can work through in order of the time waiting at that stage unless prioritised in other ways.

Other overview screens show managers all outstanding processes waiting to be completed with average completion times so that bottlenecks can be quickly identified.
