The aim of the ClickHQ Outlook Plugin is to capture email communications made via Microsoft Outlook without creating additional work for the system user.
When using the ClickHQ Outlook Plugin, email communications are automatically recorded by ClickHQ. This allows system users to track conversations with specific contacts across the organisation. Once installed the ClickHQ Outlook Plugin runs in the background processing emails and their attachments unobtrusively.
The ClickHQ Outlook Plugin also helps our clients keep their contact hierarchy organised. If a user communicates with a contact which ClickHQ cannot locate, the system will automatically suggest a new contact is created.
By creating and maintaining an 'ignore list' users do not have to worry that their personal emails will be published inside ClickHQ.
The ClickHQ Outlook Plugin is compatible with Outlook 2003, 2007 & 2010. Users of Outlook 2007 onwards also benefit from automatic updates ensuring a hassle free, seamless implementation.
