Setting Up ClickHQ
Our software is designed to fit the way you work in order to provide a framework from which you can run your business.
Once you have completed our online registration process we call you and talk you through the information that we require to configure the system.
Once your ClickHQ service goes live, you can use the Admin area for fine tuning. However, we ensure that on day one your system is fully operational.
Configuration includes:
- Branding - we use your logos and company colours throughout your version of the software including the log-in page.
- Database - we set up a new database for each customer so that you can only access your own data.
- Owner Contact Details - we enter these for use in various modules.
- Departments - we ask you to define all your departments.
- Users - we add each user's details including department and job title, upload their photo and add their contact details.
- Permissions - we split users into user groups and then work with you to set different permissions for each group or individual.
- Reporting Lines - you let us know who manages who and we add the detail to the system.
- Username Passwords and Pin - we set these for each user, they can change these themselves on their first login.
- Contact Categories - we add your choices.
- Custom Contact Fields - we set up as many as you like as drop downs, tick boxes or just plain.
- Event Categories - we add your choices.
- Percentage Close Definitions - we add your definitions.
- Prospect Order Statuses - we add your choices.
- Provisioning Process - we ask you to define all the steps of your provisioning process and we code them into ClickHQ for you.
- Sales Process - we ask you to define all the steps of your sales process and we code them into ClickHQ for you.
- Purchase Order Approval Process - we ask you to define all the steps of this process and we code them into ClickHQ for you.
- Invoice Payment Approval Process - we ask you to define all the steps of this process and we code them into ClickHQ for you.
- Expense Claim Approval Process - we ask you to define all the steps of this process and we code them into ClickHQ for you.
- Forum Categories - we add your choices.
- Billing - you define and we add the custom messages for the top and bottom of your invoices.
- Purchase Order Configuration - you define and we add the custom messages for the top and bottom of your PO's.
- Support Ticket Configuration - you define and we add the categories, urgency definitions and actions relating to support tickets.
