Account Ledgers
ClickHQ includes account ledgers for all contacts that are billing points in the system. Account ledgers show all transactions by date such as:
- Invoices sent
- Payments received - allocated against specific invoices
- Credit notes
Running totals are shown so that account balances and account history can be seen and monitored easily. ClickHQ is not an accounting system itself but can be used to send out invoices and to track payments received – the advantage is that users have a much better view of what is going on with customers if they can see this financial information and can therefore manage customer relationships more efficiently.
