ClickHQ allows really professional proposal templates to be created so that your sales team can send a quality proposal quickly, without duplicate entry and with a separate quote attached in PDF format.
Proposal templates can be tailored for each client, prior to being emailed, direct from the system. Quotes can also be printed and send in the post if required.
Quote details include:- Quantity and description
- One Off or Recurring Products
- Unit Price and frequency of payment if recurring e.g. monthly
- Custom Field selection with any price adjustments
- Details on minimum contract length
- Applicable VAT charges
- Total Payable
ClickHQ will then track the email if sent direct from the system to see if and when it is read, how many times it is read and if the recipient clicks any links in the proposal.
Re-quotes can be quickly generated, sent and tracked in the same way. All quotes once generated are saved by the system so that you have an audit trail of any pricing sent to each potential customer.
