Planning, managing and tracking time spent internally on customer or internal projects are all core functions of the ClickHQ software service.
ClickHQ has been designed and coded "in house" by the Click Innovation development team to provide a SaaS platform that can be used as a single system right across a customer’s business.
As well as for specific internal projects, the system allows for sales and order/service delivery processes to be planned and tracked. When a product is sold a project is created which includes the standard steps that have to be followed for the delivery of that order.
The ClickHQ project management function allows for the allocation of those steps to individuals or teams which can then be executed and signed off. Additional tasks can then be planned and added to projects and allocated to the right delivery team.
Project management reports and dashboards monitor the different projects and allow the management team to monitor and control them.
