Any information that is held in the ClickHQ database can be reported on. We have standard reports and dashboards but custom reports and dashboards can also be created so that KPI’s can be clearly monitored across your business in real time.
ClickHQ allows the creation of custom dashboards which can be tailored to suit different job functions. For example a Sales Manager’s dashboard would give an overview of the KPI’s for the sales team and / or telemarketing team OR An Operations Director’s dashboard would show an overview of the outstanding order delivery process KPI’s and Project Management KPI’s.
ClickHQ is permission based so only those members of staff with permission can view sensitive reports or dashboards. ClickHQ is extremely flexible - our customers can set up custom fields and we can create custom reports which are tailored to specific requirements.
On set up the ClickHQ system is tailored by us to fit your business like a glove and this includes setting up reports and dashboards.
