Customer Online Ordering
The ClickHQ Small Business software suite will facilitate, by using the ClickHQ Small Business API, online ordering and can automatically trigger processes, send order confirmations or send invoices direct from the system.
This really useful feature is linked directly to sales opportunities in the system so that information only needs to be entered once. Full order information is therefore available as part of the order sign up process so that customers are able to commit online.
You can add order notes detailing any special amendments to the contract that you have agreed with the customer. Users can also make any price or quantity adjustments to the sales opportunity in ClickHQ Small Business which will then be reflected by the online order in real time.
