Read rates and click through rates can be seen in the Campaign reports and you can drill down to see which individuals have read the email and clicked through the most.
ClickHQ Small Business provides one fully integrated system that helps your team to have a good overview of all activity across your business. To this end when you are in a contacts profile you can see all of the email campaigns that they have been part of and which ones they have opened and how many times they have clicked links in those campaigns.
The tracking functionality is extended also to one off emails such as quotes, proposals and invoices which again provides extra insight into customer activity.
