ClickHQ Small Business is designed to work with your website to capture leads, store the information and trigger actions such as the sending out of information packs or thank you emails.
We can build a web form for your website which will ask for information such as:
- Name
- Position
- Company Name
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Custom Questions specific to your business
- Preferred time to call
- Size of Company
- Notes Box - asking for nature of enquiry
- Etc...
The web form can ask for just a few of the above to maximise the number of people that will take the time to fill it in; or it can be a long form with lots of specific custom information which will automatically populate custom fields or a notes box in ClickHQ Small Business.
When the form is filled in it will automatically set the lead up as a contact in your system in a folder of your choice and can even auto allocate leads to specific sales people or this allocation can be done manually.
ClickHQ Small Business allows you to create email templates for responding to leads which get sent out (with attachments if required) automatically when someone submits an enquiry.
If you want multiple forms from multiple websites - no problem, ClickHQ Small Business will store the lead source so that you know which website the lead came from and can track the lead through a sales pipeline to close.
