ClickHQ has been designed and coded "in house" by the Click Innovation development team to provide a SaaS platform that can be used as a single system right across a customer's business.
The system has been designed as a stand-alone software suite but also to integrate with other applications where required.
ClickHQ can be integrated with Microsoft Outlook using our Outlook Plugin so that emails, including attachments, are automatically uploaded to ClickHQ when a user is sending or receiving emails.
For customers using Sage accounting packages we have an export function that consolidates invoice and payment data into a file which can be imported into Sage so that data only ever has to be entered once.
Bespoke integration can add additional functionality to the core system, involve the design and build of a mobile application or facilitate interaction with an existing system via our API / Web service.
ClickHQ is designed to be flexible enough to fit the way our clients want to run their businesses, scalable to manage growth and secure enough to provide a reliable platform to manage complex business environments.
ClickHQ is a centralised data store, allowing other applications to collect and contribute information.
